Default Screen is possessed

I am a travel nurse and my stereo has recently become possessed. It has gotten to the point where even when I turn the screen off it comes back on. While attempting to find my latest Covid Crisis hospital it decided to try and recalculate my destination to somewhere in south America. It eats my battery power too I think. I ended up trapped in the great texas snowstorm last week with a dead battery. The local dealership wants to charge a fee of $150/hr just to run diagnostics. Please help! I'm hours from my family and I need my screen to function. Will dodgecares help me?
