Default New to Chargers and looking for one; what to look for?

I am about to switch jobs. My daily driver has been a 1999 Dodge Ram but I need something with better fuel mileage and lower cost to operate. I like the look of the 2015+ body style, and I googled the various trim levels but found conflicting comparisons. So, my questions are as follows:

What are the differences between the SXT and GT? Some pages say the GT is sportier and more comfortable, others say it adds AWD.

What does the "Plus" add? Again, some pages say it adds 15 hp and a sport suspension, while others say THIS adds AWD.

Anything else I should look for when making my selection?

My new jobs would be a full time parts store job and a part time food deliverer (my family needs to eat!). As such, I will be spending a lot of time in this car and I feel I could appreciate a sportier car with a few premium options. I want to stick with the V6 though, I'm gonna be logging a ton of miles and don't need more than the V6. I also want to stick with RWD so I have fewer parts wearing out. So what I want to know is how to decode the trim levels so I can sort quickly to what I want.

Thanks in advance!!

Not all GT's are AWD. Make sure any recalls are done, check to see if the door panels are starting or are already peeling (seems to be a common issue) and while shopping, pull VINS and enter them here to see how the options correspond: Equipment Listing
