Default 2015 Charger SXT code p0113

I got a 2015 charger sxt with a 3.6L that's throwing a p0113 for the idle air temp sensor voltage. Cars was running rough for awhile at idle and only at idle and it's finally thrown a code for it I've replaced the sensor and the issue has persisted any ideas of where to look or anyone with a similar problem who could be help would be great TIA

Thats intake air temp high. Have a scanner that can read live data? What temp does the PCM think the air is? If changing the sensor didn't fix it, time to check the wiring.

it's reading -40 degrees I checked for power and ground it's getting a good ground but I had no power I looked at all the wiring very briefly and didn't see anything obvious in terms of chaffing or cut wiring

That's an open circuit. You have a broken wire somewhere. They aren't always obvious...... Gonna need a wiring diagram, to see if there is a splice in there somewhere, that may have broken. Either that, or start at the sensor, and trace it back by hand.
