Default 2006 Dodge Charger 3.5 misfire issues....

I drive a 2006 Dodge Charger with the 3.5 She has been an excellent car over the years. But last week the service engine light came on and she started idling rough, gas consumption is ridiculous and when I accelerate hard the service engine light flashes then goes back to solid after I decelerate. Had the codes read which were numerous (multiple misfires, fuel injector 2 circuit open, EGR, ignition coil 2 ) so I saw my mechanic with the results. He tested a few things as well and said it was actually my computer. Ordered one and I replaced it...same stuff happening but less codes. They now only read Injector 2 circuit open misfire on cylinder 2. Mechanic said it was the injector and that my bad computer could have killed it. So I changed it. Same stuff happening. Same codes come up. Changed the ignition coil on 2 as well just to make sure and no change. So does anyone have anymore ideas for me? I'm having to do this myself and have my mechanic who is a good friend help on his free time as he's available and my pockets aren't deep. The roughness is mainly at idle only but upon initial take off I have a shudder/flutter and then I'm good and she runs like a champ but with heavy acceleration the light always flashes and I smell sulfer. Thanks anyone and everyone!
