I have a 08 charger 3.5, for the last few months it has been having randoms issues at different times, and getting more frequent in the last month. battery good, both key fob good. problems: a few times I start it and oil light is on, shut it off and restart, light off. and it goes into anti thieft mod a lot now and wont crank, and a lot of the time after playing with lock and unlock I can get it to crank and start. But sometimes I have to remove and replace negative cable for a few sexondsand it starts. Also sometimes after I start it and take off it wont shiff out of 1st, and when I pull over and restart it, it will shiff ok. Also notice that sometimes I have to be really close to lock or unlock doors, All of the things are random, but getting worse the last few weeks. Have checks kep fobs, battery, grounds. Not sure if in ign/mod, tcm or what. only codes showing are U1197, U0100, C1504 , U0101, U140E, C2202 battery in car and key fobs are brand new.

 

How old is the battery in the car, and the one in the key fob??

 

they are new, but it didn't help

Maybe a bad connection somewhere, or bad ground? Finding it will be the fun part.
