Default 2009 dodge charger 3.5 high output ignition coil relay blowing when I turn the key ov

in my 2009 dodge charger sxt I had some 15 inch American bass subwoofers hooked up and then had a big three upgrade done so I wouldn’t drain too much power n the battery lamp kept coming on on the dashboard but I never upgraded my alternator. Anyways my issue is my ignition coil relay keeps blowing everytime I turn my key over. So my car sounds like it’s cranking but doesn’t get that spark to it that it needs to start. After I googled what was going on it says I probably have a bad ground somewhere. Also when I test my fuses with the test light one side of the fuse lights up but the other side of the fuse doesn’t and I know both sides of the fuse is suppose to light up.. anyways I traced every wire I could think of and can’t find a bad ground anywhere at all. Can someone please help me and tell me what I might be missing or where I might have a bad ground or anything I can do to make that fuse stop blowing…PLEASE!!!!!

This is the ground wire that is loose at the connector… it’s purple and if u follow it it goes into a insulated tube that wraps the positive and purple ground wire.. that whole insulated tube runs to all the ignition coils so I’m believing that is my issue.. only thing is that bolt is in such a tight space right behind my radiator fan cover that I can’t break the bolt loose to check it out.. any ideas or suggestions that, that isn’t why my ignition coil relay keeps blowing every time I turn the

Coils should have a power feed, and then the PCM controls the ground side of the circuit.... No clue what that purple wire is doing there.....

Ok thank you I’ll have to check and see where that is and if that’s my problem but that purple wire comes from the coils and its a connector that straps to that bolt and also a sensor that plugs into idk when it comes off the bolt to the other side…not sure if u can clearly see it but this is where it is and this green sensor is also what it attaches to
