2017 Charger 5.7. When the car starts, it will not restart immediately again. . Alt is new new Battery.. it acts as if the battery is dead. Dash is light up as always, (NO DRAW ON THE SYSTEM ) everything works. no start. when this happens, a small jump box will over ride the failure. Can the anti theft cause this ?, Does it thinks it has been stolen ?

When you say it will not restart, does attempting to start engage the starter to spin the engine, or do you not even get that? Are there any messages on the EVIC when it won't start? Have you checked to make sure the battery cables are tight since you mention it's a new battery? The jump start pack would bear the high current load instead of a loose battery cable connection.
