Default 2023 Charger Scat Pack Order

I ordered a 2023 Charger Scat Pack on November 1st 2022. I am still in BG status and Dodge said dealer does not have allocation and it probably will not be built. They had allocation when ordered. 4 months in should I be concerned? I traded my 2019 in against it so I have $35,000 owed to me by this dealer. Should I order elsewhere

If they are telling you they are not going to get it, then yeah, they owe you some money.

It was Dodge that emailed me that when I contacted them last week just to get an update on order. But they emailed me less than a month after ordering welcoming my order. I'm wondering if Dodges help is looking at their allocation now. Rather than the 2 allocations for Scat packs back on November 1st when I ordered

Probably be a good idea to call Dodge Customer service, and have a chat.

I ordered 23 challenger RT shaker plum craz on 11-5-22, dealer has no idea what’s going on with it been in D status for months. Super frustrating, would customer care have any better idea about the car.

Dodge customer service is a joke. They are looking at the same thing we do. But then they escalate it to a "specialist " probably named Aimee. Again no help. Ordered my Plum Crazy Scat Pack Charger with just the Plus group 11-1-22. Order was in BG till 2-28-23. Been in D status "waiting to schedule " since. Aimee gave a projected build date of 6-12-23 on 4-6-23 and then projected build date of 6-26-23 on 5-8-23. Seems this is the going trend with Dodge. Supposedly F5 Blue an Plum Crazy Purple are late builds. Good luck

Yea I called today and took all my information then said they will have a specialist call me back. Can’t wait to see if they even call back or how long it takes. Plus got a case number. Dodge seems really unprepared for this final year, what did they expect, very disappointing.
