Default dodge (FSA) disclosure notice

I was at a new dealership looking at a used 2023 charger with a few miles that was being sold with a clean carfax. the car had a FCA disclosure notice indicating severe damage during transportation, but under the repoted problems field it indicated "no repairs" & "move to auction with no repairs". Dealer said that one of the cars or transporter probably had been involved in accident and they claimed entire load of cars under insurance. not sure what to think on this one? any feedback would be appriciated. Also im not sure why the car is being issued as used.

How many miles on it?

I might be tempted to have it inspected someplace else, let them know what to look for, and see if they can find any evidence of repair. If not, and it drives fine, should be ok.
