Default Very aggressive shaking from engine after fuel injector/spark plug replacement

I have a 2009 Dodge Charger sxt 3.5L that started to misfire while driving which would cause the check engine light to flash and the car would shake an rattle if I went over 4 rpms. Got the light tested an it was a cylinder 2 misfire so I bought a fuel injector and spark plug as recommended by the auto zone guy, switched the old stuff out an now I’m having much worse problems. When i start the engine it aggressively shakes to the point of feeling like a piston is gonna shoot out an sounds so bad an loud I cant even let it run for more than 30 seconds cause I feel like its gonna blow up, the electronic throttle body light comes on (red lightning bolt in parentheses) and the brake is very stiff when i tried to move it a little bit, Ive done every repair on this car but now I feel defeated hopefully someone has an idea of what this is

The guys selling parts at autozone are NOT the folks to go to for advice......

Pull that plug, and another one, are they the same? I would also put the old injector back in, and return the new one...

If the spark plug that you replaced was over due to be changed, replace them all. That will give you a chance to see if any look obviously different from the others (wet, different coloration, etc.) and it sounds like they're due to be replaced anyway. Unless they were brand new I'd never suggest replacing just one. It will also give you a chance to inspect the coils to see if one is maybe coating in oil or not properly connected, and it will reduce the chances of not changing the plug on the real cylinder #2.

Since you mentioned that you've always done your own work, I'd expect that you have at least a code reader to see if you still only have a misfire code on cylinder 2, or if you have an additional misfire now too.

Gotta love the easy fixes.

Still, Change ALL the spark plugs. Avoid potential problems in the future.
