Default Tire size fitment

Hello guys,

I'm about to get the 265/45/R20 for my rear tires(charger R/T), but I'm not sure if they will fit. I checked the tire size, and it seems quite large. Other websites suggest it might not work.

My wheel is 8.0 inches wide, so I'm relying on your help to guide me through this.

Thank you!

Stockers are 28.7 X 9.6, new size are 29.4X 10.4, So, not much bigger.... How much clearance do you have?

The car is stock; I haven't made many modifications to it, including the suspension. However, I do have the performance suspension, and the car is a 2022 model, if that is relevant to the chassis and clearance.
