Default Hello Dodge members

I recently bought a 2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD which seems to have a auto-dimming rear view mirror, I am able to adjust/tilt the mirror left or right(horizontally) but can't figure out how to tilt it up/down. This is my first Dodge purchase and first time using a auto dimming rear view mirror. There is no manual lever to tilt the mirror up or down. I have set the power seat to the lowest position but still the rear view mirror seems to be tilted downwards or too low for my position and I am unable to see the rear view window clearly through the rear view mirror.
It seems like the top 1/3rd of the rear view window is cut off from my view because I can't seem to tilt the rear view mirror upwards, I'm not sure if the mirror is just tight/stuck in its position and should I use more force to tilt it upwards however I'm also afraid of breaking it off as I don't know if this is a fixed position position mirror or it would only tilt up or down automatically via some motor, so my question is how do i adjust the rear view mirror(tilt upwards or downwards manually) for a better view of the rear view window?

It should move vertically as well.... *should* being the key word here. If it hasn't been moved in that direction much, it may just be stuck..... Take a close look at the mount, see what it looks like.
