Default Sticky valve or failing rocker arm?

Guys I’m in great need, took the valve cover off and saw this. Cannot tell if it’s a broken valve or broken rocker arm. Cylinder 1 is misfiring.

Gonna need to pull the intake, and see what is going on in there.

Neither rocker nor pushrod nor valve are trying to move and the engine isn't screeching. Failed lifter and/or that cam lobe is completely worn down. It's not an MDS cylinder so it's not a solenoid.

It's not a SBC, cam is under the vee like an LS. Only view you'll get is the intake ports and the MDS solenoids.
