I am having problems with my charger a few weeks back i changed out the whole fuel rail along with the fuel injectors and now i have several codes and my car goes into limp mode but when i shut it off and restart the car the limp mode stops it's beginning to become a headache, and I can't figure this out someone please help

 

What codes are you getting when it is in limp mode?
