Hellcat no title
Hey guys,
I saw a video online that said you could buy a no title hellcat for 5 grand???
I have a feeling that is faked, but there is a slight chance. I know there is a way to get a title for the car, but I don't know what it is. (I'm not driving all the way to flippin' Vermont.)
Anyone know anything?

Varies from state to state. Here where I live, only an auto shop, or a bank.... Can get a title for a car for various reasons if they don't have one. Private citizens attempting to do so run the risk of getting arrested for auto theft. 
Generally you can have the cops come out, and run the VIN, to see who the current owner is.... And if it ain't the guy sellin' the car, don't just walk away, RUN.
