05-08 RT | BBK Mid Pipe Hardware
Im working on finishing up the exhaust on my 08 Charger RT, got the headers in quite nicely, and it really helped that it came with the hardware required to finish the job with no questions. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the mid pipes that completes the setup with the headers.
I searched far and wide on the web if anyone else shared their hardware setup for the mid pipes to the header collectors, and realized this post Im making may help others going down the same road with the same setup and didnt receive hardware.
INFO:
Part#/SKU: 1647/16470
BBK 1-3/4 Long Tube Exhaust Headers
Part#/SKU: 1796/1797
BBK 2-3/4 Short-Mid Pipes with Catalytic Converters
MISSING:
2x Collector Flange Gaskets
4x (Flanged?) Bolts & Nuts
The headers have one flange per collector on each side, and the mid pipes also have one flange on each side to couple the header collectors to the mid pipes. The mid pipes require the flange gasket per side and 2 bolts & nuts per flange.
ANSWERS THIS POST PREFERS:
Specifications on the Gaskets, Nuts, and Bolts that are *compatible* with completing this coupling process from mid pipes to headers.
If anything is unclear or more information is desired for a more accurate answer Ill be glad to provide what I can.
