Dodge Charger The Dodge Charger. The car that made its competitors shiver in the 60's is reborn in 2006 into a sleek sedan that can still send the competition home wimpering, the Dodge Charger.

Default 2007 Charger

I've narrowed my new car selection down to either an 06 Charger or an 05 Accord, but I'm leaning heavily toward the Charger. I just want to know if any of you know when the 2007 Charger comes out. I don't want to buy one next week and then find out the 07s are around the corner. Any info is much appreciated.

to the best of my knowledge, the 07 is the same as the 06, so wait till the 07 come out, and then you'll be able to get an 06 really cheap.

Hmmm...seeing as how this is DodgeForum.com, I don't think I'm being out of line when I say that our opinions would be slightly biased. LoL

If you want a badass, snarling, powerful muscle sedan with the kind of cool styling that causes traffic accidents (due to other drivers being unable to take their eyes off you), go with the Charger. If you want a mundane, fuel-efficient grocery-getter that is about as common as an ***, get the Accord.

I'll be leasing one, otherwise I would wait for the 07. I just want to make sure the 07's don't come out before the summer.

If you are the kind of person who reads "Consumer Reports Ragazine" to determine your next vehicle purchase, then you should probably go with Sion. I personally owned a Toyota POS that was a rolling rust bucket that I bought 3 years used in 86, and after three transmission, two engines, and the final straw of the rear end going out, I bought a Dodge and Have not owned anything but since. My wife wanted the GoManGo Daytona, so we have one. The only thing I would ask Chrysler to consider is adding Memory Seat/Pedals/Radio and Auto Day/Night rear view and side view mirrors. I saw no reason to have rear seat DVD, Sat radio, Nav radio, or Side Air Bags, so I ordered with without those options.

You're better off leasing a car as close to the beginning of the model year as possible. Leasing residuals decrease as the model year wears on. About June or July, residuals will drop again. So lease one now or wait until September.

we leased a 05 5 Magnum then got screwed 6 months later when we got rid of it for the Charger. They told us even trade(no penalty for getting out of the Magnum), but we got screwed out of 4000 dollars plus put 5000 down on the charger. So they made an extra 12000 dollars off of us those dirty bastards, belive me I let em know after my girlfriend got her first payment in the mail.We love the car so WOT do you do
