Default marks at rear deck lid

I have these small white scuff marks where the rear deck lid meets the vehicle body. The trunk lid doesn't touch so I dont know why these are there. Had the car detailed Friday but they are still there. Anybody else with the dark paint have these? Any suggestions on how to remove them. There not scratches but appear to be more of a build up. Thanks.

I posted this same problem a couple of days ago, you can read what has transpired with me. If enough people start noticing we should be able to get a quick fix from Dodge

Yeah whats the deal? I thought it was some build up around the corners from the teflon body detailing but it isn't. Anybody tried to fix it?

Looks to me like a couple sheet metal screws to pull in that upper part of the bumper into the frame of the trunk would work. But, I'm not ready to start drilling holes in my "plastic" bumper, either.

The Charger paint looks great but it doesn't seem to be that durable. I see a new nick or scratch every time I look at it.
