--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Transmissions: 4- or 5-speed automatic with manumatic shifting
Wheelbase: 120.0 in
Length/width/height: 197.0/75.5/57.5 in
Curb weight: 4100 lb
C/D-estimated performance (V-8):

I do hear that the average is low 14's around 102 MPH. Keep us informed of what a modified Daytona will do and what track and temp was used.

Marty, what does removing the engine cover gain you? Just curious. Never heard of that one. We used to remove our air cleaners. [sm=gears.gif]

Here's my time using a G-Tech Pro accelerometer in a STOCK Charger Daytona model with weight dialed in, including driver, from a dead stop on a sunny spring afternoon, mashing the pedal in Drive, with TC on and a full tank of gas -- 14.7 at 100.4 -- since then there have been mods, but I have not reran since. I will be using that as a baseline to see how the mods add or detract.

Hey mnboy,

I tried using my G-Tech pro but I am unable to get engine rpm's. Are you able to view them on the G-Tech?

I cannot view the RPMs with the G-Tech Pro. It does give me other things like quarter mile speed and time, 60 foot speed/time, etc, etc.
