Default Pics of Daytona without Front Sticker.

I had the front sticker removed from my Go ManGo daytona. (just cuz I didn't like it)

Just wanted to share the results with you. It looks even better than I thought it would....

Nice!!!!

What did it cost to have the sticker removed? Did they have to repaint the hood?

I made it a condition of the sale so I am not sure on the cost. They said they just worked a corner up with their fingernail and applied a heat gun (gently) to the sticker as they worked it up and it came off with little work. Their was a slight glue residue left on the hood around the edge of the sticker (and the lettering) but they applied a solvent (similar to bug and tar remover I would guess) and then a coat of wax and it was done.

I purchased the charger on Monday of this week as a 6 month old car with 16,000 miles on it so it had spent some time outside. There was a very slight burn in of the sticker image but over the course of the last week it has evened out and you can't see it anymore even in full sun.

I like 'em better with the sticker. I like the contrast. Having said that, they don't look bad. I like the contrast with the decal on, though. Some nice "HEMI" stickers on either side would give it a nice contrast and not over-power the rest of the color.

Myself, I think I like the Mango without and the Banana with. I really like the black/yellow contrast. When my hood sticker starts to go I'm thinking of getting the hood done in a low gloss black to keep the contrast.

yeah i think i'm going to put racing stripes down the top in place of the hood decal. the black is what made me get the top bananna but that decal is an issue for me.

I did the same on mine. The dealer did it for free. Looks good!
