OEM Dodge Charger Black Hexagon Grille Insert Daytona R/T Style
Is the Black in colour our the shiny type because the service centre where I went to (located in my area)(Dubai).....they said that the orignal Charger RT grille costs 1120 AED(305$)....well....when I checked on this site:-

It was only 39$....is this black in colour our shiny silver because in the heading it says its black. If it is 39$..... will it be safe enough to order it by Shipping. Please tell!
