Default Classic Chargers

Thought I'd start a thread on the original chargers, I own a 1970 Charger.
Its a numbers matching 383, car is mostly o.e. except for the battery and a few other pieces.

Right now only a few more things to get her back on the road. Just received the reverse light assembly that I ordered off of ebay. It needs to be installed also I cant figure out why the front sidemarker lights and front signal lights are not working [:@]. The wires and bulbs are both good. couple minor things there, but the floor panel needs to be welded in and some suspension work before shes ready for the road.

Will have more pics, camera's getting fixed..

Nice machine. Like that color and your torque thrust wheels. Cool car, enjoy it!

Thanks bro, just won a oem flip gas cap for it off ebay. Old one was looking alittle shabby. Only paid 96 dollars for it
and its brand new. So looking forward to putting that on

Cars coming along slowly but surely, wish working on her was a full time paying job
Will have more pics of the charger asap..

You might want to post this on the "A Blast From the Past" board. Not sure how many on this one have a classic Charger.

As a moderator Dave you should be able to move this most to the other section. I use php forums and I can do anything I like with the posts .

Hi, Marty!

I sent him a PM and told him he might want to post it on the "A Blast From the Past " board. But I thought it might be interesting to see if anyone else actually does have one of the "old" Chargers. I didn't think it would hurt anything, as long as he knows.

This is great. I got my Daytona in OCT.2005. I went to a Charger Forum it was the older style Charger. They let me know I should not post there. I spent some time at the new Charger Forum. There is alot of talk of old and new. I say this is great because old and new should be able to talk about Chargers. This is the first Old and New Post at a Forum where it just might work. Great job bring everybody together.

I say hats off to all Chargers.

I now have a 06 Ram Hemi 1500 SLT Trx4 4X4 I will always remember the Daytona.

There is a concern that this thread should be in the Bring Back the Past Board. I agree technically but it is a chance to get all Chargers old and new to share ideas.
