Speaker Installation! (HELP)
[:@] Ok, i need help! I'm trying to replace the front door speakers in my 06 charger. However, this is causing me some headaches! How the heck do you get to the speakers in the front doors, i tried taking out all the screws i could see and the one in the center under a small rectangular cap but then i'm stuck. You can't pop it off or you'll break the caps going up the side...(guess how i found that out[sm=yikesomg.gif])? On every other vehicle ive owned you just snap off the grill or simply take off the door panel. I cant see anywhere to do this on the front charger doors! Someone please help and give me some instructions! Treat me a like a 3rd grader and tell me step by step
thanks guys and gals!

]to get those pins out, get an "awl" with a sharp point, or a small, small screw driver and gently push the center pin in until it pops, and insert a screw driver inder the flange of the round clip and pull it out... i broke a few until i got it out and saw how it works. now i have a 6.5" Diamond Audio A600 with a tweeter. i used a 6x9 adapter plate from a local audio shop and it sounds incredible. the hard part was installing that giant crossover inside the door under the door panel. i had to get creative. i have an Alpind cd head unit and 2 15" soundstream subs in a sealed enclosure, a Concept 2400d 2000 watt amp with a pair of 1 farad caps. running my highs, i have an Audiobahn intake 800 watt amp. i kept the factory 6x9s running off the cd player for rear fill. epicenter, audiobahn 22band eq Xover, etc.... this was the MOST installer friendly vehicle i have ever worked on. the panels are easy to remove and reinstall, the battery is in the rear, Awsome
