Default AUTO HEADLAMP/SIRRUS CONVERSION

Thought everyone might like to know (if you don't already) you can convert to auto headlamps by simply buying and installing the auto headlamp switch from your local Dodge dealer (about $35) as long as you were originally equipped with the electronic convienence group II and dual climate control.

Has anyone installed the available SIRRUS sat. radio/install kit available from Dodge? My R/T was not originally equipped with SIRRUS but it does have the 6 cd w/ cassette and sound group II. I would like to install SIRRUS but don't want an FM modulator type system and want it to be an original style install. Does anyone know if it is a plug in type install (I.E. no FM modulator) and is it difficult to install?

Default RE: AUTO HEADLAMP/SIRRUS CONVERSION

Thanks for the heads up. Is the auto headlamp switch the same as trimming the switch ==> see this thread on trimming the stop on the stock switch.

You might want to also post up your audio question in the "Audio/Visual Electronics" Section.
