You can rip out the suitcase, but if you have the Daytona model, it is a thru and thru set up anyway. The back two mufflers are the ones that keep the dreaded drone dragon at bay -- and keep it quieter since they only have 2" inner pipes. Look at other posts (there have been many) about removing the rear mufflers (some call them resonators), anyway, upon removing them the DRONE will drive you to drink and make long trips unbearable.
Corsa, Borla, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, headers, straight pipes, and other expiermentation has been mostly a personal thing. The whole problem is when the engine runs in the MDS (4 cylinder mode) the engine's air pressure changes and the sound level drops to a deep, low, humming drone that is like torture...
