Does the Charger alarm( that red blinking light on the speedo) sound off w/ a ring or beep noise?

What does it do?

 

It makes the horn go honkey.

 

and lights go blink blink ......

 

And makes the PCU go.. "wha?d I do now george... wha?d I do now??"

How do you get the horn to honk and lights to blink? Do I activate something?

 

Lock the doors and practice your "gone in 60 sec" skills or go somewhere and have a copy of the kay made (w/o chip of course) and open the car w/it.

 

When I pull the door handle up nothing happens? So I need to make a replacement key to get the horn to honk or lights to flash??

 

I'm not sure what it takes to tick it off, but I had a spare key made and it pissed it off enought to flash-n-honk.

 

ROLL YOUR WINDOW DOWN. THEN LOCK THE DOORS WITH THE KEY FOB. REACH IN THE CAR THREW THE WINDOW AND OPEN THE DOOR. IT WILL SET THE ALARM OFF AND FLASHING THE LIGHTS AND HONKING THE HORN. THATS THE CLEAN AND CHEAP WAY TO DO IT. OR LOCK THE DOORS WITH THE KEY FOB AND THEN SMASH A WINDOW WITH A BAT AND THEN REACH IN AND OPEN THE DOOR. SOUNDS LIKE FUN!!! I ADVISE TRING THE SECOND WAY ON A FRIENDS CAR!!! GOO LUCK.
