Default AM Radio Reception

Is anyone else having trouble with AM Radio reception? My dealer has tried 3 times to try to correct the problem and has replaced the radio twice and antenna module. After taking it in for the 3rd time they are blaming it on the radio AGAIN[:@]. I know everyone is saying who cares about AM---but the boss likes to listen to Dave Ramsey----and as we all know if the boss ain't happy no one is. I have to agree though, when you pay 30K everything should work.
I have had the windows tinted, is anyone else who has tinted experiencing the same problems or has anyone ran into the same problem that thier dealer has been able to fix? My radio is the RAK code or "Sound Group II".

Thanks, Kirk

Yes my A.M. sux I told the dealer and all he said was thats the way they all are. I told him i couldn't even pick up a local station anywhere not even in town. On the megacab and even a small clock radio i can pick up WOAI which is a San Antonio Station and its 500 miles away. ( I like the Spurs games.) again nothing done, We all need a dealer like BillydJenn around maybe he could contact our dealers and set them straight, or we could all meet in Indy with our lists so he can fix them the right way. Keep up the good work Billydjenn.

I have to say that my dealer here in Corpus (Lithia) has been great they have taken quick action to fix the issues I have had (with a little pushing) E.G. the throttle delay issue I was having. I think it has to do with the fact that many of the service guys are driving/modding Chargers.
I Spoke with the service guy who's been doing the work on it; he says he keeps gettting the same code on the radio when running the diagnostic and admitted it's kicking his butt and apoligized, it indicates a shorted antenna. When he sends the radio back to the repair facility, evidently they are just clearing the code and sending it back. He has sent it in 3 times now and instead of replacing the radio they send the same one back (S/N is the same). He has agreed to take the radio (known good) from one of the cars on the lot and install it to see if that fixes the problem. This should isolate the problem to the radio not the antenna system and he will be able to insist that the repair facillity replace it vice clearing the code and sending it back.
