Well guys im back from chargers for dummies and still cant post a pic. Well this weeks brain Fart is I went to a local mopar swap meet very small and I broke my cherry. Bought a set of 1970 cornet super bee bolt on hood scoops. Do you guys smell wood burning yet,. I wanted to be different so Im thinking of mounting them on my RT/RT. But how do I find that sweet spot and im a going to look like a SEE-MORE-BUTZS going down the road. I know lots of guys are going for the SRT8 / CUDDA shaker look. I saw a pic of a super bee and loved the mopar scoops not to agressive as a fire chicken with ram air but just tall enuff to let you know thier thier. Do you old mopar head know how I can make the work is thier a pic or some book I could get to give me an idea how to built a box with a trap door to keep rain out. I need all the help I could get...............

sorry dude, no matter how I tryed I cant get a photo posted. I saw those 2 scoops on a super bee and thought they would look different. I was also told those were the same scoops on a duster/ demon with the 340 but those cars the scoops were just for show. I saw a GTX on the net today and under the hood looked like a big TEE- mounted to the hood to feed the air cleaner fresh air. I was just wondering before I bolted those scoops what public opinon would be since im not trying to clone an srt8 or cuda with a shaker.I try to beat to a different drummer, the deram of HOT RODDING is to just be a little different, get some eye candy and have people enjoy your work. If I could flame it, chop it or make it 50'sih I would but for now im just dreaming and looking for ideas to be different
