i have a 1964 dodge custom 880 and well i think i fried my wire harness, actualy i did i dont know how either i bought a new battery(same one that was powering before it died) and new battery terminals..installed both fired it up and all the sudden it started smoking like crazy...im new to these old cars so i dont really know what could have caused this....so what seems to be the engine wire harness is toast all the way to where the alternater hooks up,toast.

so im assuming i need a new engine wire harness.....and i cant seem to find one one the net...oh and the alternater was really hot too!?...hhmm well if anyone can help me where to find this part that would be awesome! thanx again.
