I have a 1979 Dodge Adventurer. It came with a 318, with '98 Magnum Heads. It ran good but had low oil pressure, we narrowed down to the cam bearings. We have a mid 70s 360 sitting in the garage, and I was just going to drop the 360 short block in its place, but I started worrying it won't work with the newer heads. Is there anything needed to be done to the 360 for the oil passages in the rods for newer magnum heads? Or should I just take the 318 apart and fix it?
