I feel like it's a warhouse. Can't help to comment here the aztec feels of that car. Even the seat cover is the same as the exterior of it.

I happened to find it on the app letgo. It was a repo and sat on the lot for the last 15 years before he decided to sell it.

 

Dodge did several designer trucks back then. I remember the Warlock and Lil' Red Express. I don't remember the Warhorse, but that doesn't mean anything. Other companies often did the same thing. It increased sales by offering something different and didn't require government approval like a hood scoop as it was just paint and didn't change any emissions or safety.
