Default Chamber adjustment

I'm finishing up a '57 Dodge D100 Stepside pickup and am in need of information on how to adjust the front wheel chamber. There's not allot of information out there so I hope someone within this group can help as the only experience I have with vehicles of this era are what I've learned with this one.

Thanks!
