Sitting in my driveway. No accidents, with some rust. Original in every way, but rough. Looks like it has lived outside its whole life. Starts and runs but needs some TLC. Any idea what it is worth? Just a range of value would be helpful. Complete novice here.

There is one for sale locally that is almost a twin for $4500. On the other hand, it's been for sale for a while.

Thanks for the input, guys. Looks like the range of value is somewhere between $2500 to $4500.
As fate would have it, I tried starting it for the first time in a while and it wouldn't start...first time for that. Replaced the starter and battery...still wouldn't start. Played around with it and got it to start by connecting the battery to the solenoid with a wire. Not sure what is going on. I'm no mechanic. Maybe a transmission switch issue?

Before you start chasing and replacing parts. Check your ballast resistor. Chrysler's electronic ignition back then was one of the best. EXCEPT for the ballast resistor.. If someone walks by and lets loose a fart louder than 91.3 decibels, they might fail. It's clearly visible in the photo showing the engine compartment from the 3/4 passenger front. On the passenger fender just under the two heater hoses is your engine controller. (Brain box.) Just below that is a white porcelain ballast resistor. You can run a wire straight from both wires going to it and see if the truck starts. If it does, replace the resistor. Don't run it long as the resistor cuts the voltage down for the coil and brain box. They need a lower voltage to operate properly. When I raced, I always carried a spare or two wrapped in a towel in my tool box.
