Dodge didn't make special cabs. They used the 1939 Dodge pickup cab all through production with the exception of a longer doghouse in the 60's to compensate for a bigger flat head six. There were several conversion companies that did make longer cabs. There were also Power Wagons made with a frame that swiveled in the middles for REALLY off road work.
