The third brake light on my 1952 Dodge pickup is an oval red light with a blue dot insert. It was like that when I bought it, but blue dot lights apparently aren't legal in Massachusetts unless you register your vehicle as a custom rod or street rod, which I can't do according to their definition. Does anyone know if this type of light is original to this era of truck? Does anyone know of any place that sells replacement lights without the blue dot that would fit, or maybe a place that sells a replacement red dot insert for the blue dot insert? Thanks.
