Default Test drove a 2005 QC SLT 4.7

Hello all. As the Title states, I recently test drove a new 2005 Dak. I Liked the vehicle except for one thing I noticed. While hitting the brakes hard at 40-65 mph the truck would dive to the passenger side a little and go to the right. I tried this a few times at different speeds, and types of road. Same results. Told the salesperson, and they will look into it.
I had owned a used 2002 Dak, with 42,000 miles, with same specs, and had to get rid of it 6 months ago. I had all kinds of problems, and one them as the same as above. It had to have all the controls arms replaced due to the rubber bushings rotting.
Question is has anybody else run into this with a new Dak? Anybody have any problems with the newer model, besides the doors not being aligned on the QC? Like to know before I purchased. Thx.

problems with the newer model
Water seemed to gather inside the door where the roof met the door. Everytime I opened it after it rained, water would pour out. I know that seal wouln't last forever and would be a problem later. The interior is way too easy to scratch, could be a problem with looks. I didn't get to fully experience driving it though since our 05' V8 QC Dakota was a rental, so I'm not sure wth the pulling toward the right thing.
