Hey folks! My old man picked up a Dodge Dakota QUad cab with a Magnum V8 roughly 6 months ago. He mentioned when he grabbed it that he wishes the exhaust was a bit throatier so....... I figured I'd grab him a muffler for a fathers day gift, the exhaust is stainless so I'll leave it alone. This is ALL the info I have at this point. Is this an odd/ custom truck? I cannot seem to find this model with that motor etc. It has a hood scoop, 3 tone paint etc. Anyhow I was thinking flowmaster, does anyone have any input or advice as I know nothing of these trucks, I'd like to "borrow it" and surprise him with the install. Im pretty sure there are things offered. Flowmaster and Gibson are sure to have something. Just take it to a Mieneke and the guys there should be able to help you out with something that fits. Since you dont have it, just go in, or call, and ask...they do it all day, so they know what youre talking about. i got a price of 400 with duals out the back for a ext cab dakota. thats with a flowmaster setup. if you just want the muffler, itll prob be about 100 installed, if that...
