Default Need to add a CD Player to 2002

I just got a new 2002 Crew Cab Dakota, but it only has a cassette player and I need to upgrade to a CD player. It looks like the radio has a CD controller built in. Can I buy any CD changer? Where do I mount the changer?

I may just find a stock CD player on ebay and replace it. It is easy to replace?

Are there aftermarket CD players that fit and look good after being installed?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

You can get CD Changer that will work with the Factory head unit at Circuit City, they will prob have to order it but I used to work there and they have them for many types of vehicles that plug strait into the factory deck. Alpine also makes a kit for their changers that will allow it to adapt to the factory player but it's about 150 dollar harness and I don't know if it's avliable for Dodge. Just check with CC and see if they can get one for your truck, I think they will be able to.
