Hello , I'm looking to buy a 2000 to 2002 Club cab Dakota. Is there a model with 3 doors to make it easier to load the back seat? I find the 4 door models make the box too short. Thank You Gary

 

nope. I dont think any club cabs came with a 3rd door.

 

not unless you want to buy a gen 3 then the back of the cab on both side has been hinged as doors

 

Dude get a Quad Cab if you want to put anything at all in the cab behind the seat. Sure, the box gets smaller but it's completly worth it for the extra cab room. Most people can sit comfortable in the back of my Dak. There's actually more leg room in the back of the Quad Cab Dakotasthan there is in the back of the 1500 or 2500's club cab with the hinged doors.

 

The front seats fold forward like a coupe to make things a little bit easier in the back seat. What are you loading in the back seat? I can fit duffle bags, shopping bags, etc in the backseat no problems.

 

umm my 06 is a club cab. with 4 doors. and i have a 6.5 foot bed (quad cabs are a lot shorter). And I can get right in the back seat only downfall is i dont like the seatbelt location.
