So whenever I shift into first in my dart I hear a clicking noise as if something is dragging across the ground. I looked underneath the car to find nothing dragging yet the click is still apparent. The car has 18k miles on it but I still have the warrenty on it since I bought it like a month ago.

 

A continuous clicking, or a single click?

If single, that is likely the transmission shifting gears.
