Default Aftermarket Stereo

So, I was wondering if I can install an aftermarket stereo in my Dart, and still retain the usage of the steering wheel controls. Is there is harness that you can get for this?

You have a base radio or touch screen radio?

if you have a touch screen radio. the radio is mounted behind the glove box, right under the passenger side air bag. The screen in the center console is just an touch screen input, it is not a radio. And no aftermarket head unit will work with the Dart.
