Thanks for the help. but that site did not work. it says my vin number is invalid, yes i put the right number in. I tried to contact them, via e-mail, will not accept my Canadian address. Looks like I'll have to take it to the dealership next week.

I was to the dealership for the car's first oil change, had the tires rotated, etc. They could not update the U-Connect either,, now what,, I think I'll try to contact U-Connect in the morning by phone, since via their system, my car vin number and country doesn't seem to exist. There is an up-date i was told at the dealership.
