Default Engine temp bounces around the middle of H and C

So a couple weeks ago i was driving for about 2 hours and i noticed that my engine temp meter was kinda bouncing around going slightly over the middle line. Now i know thats not overheating but it has never done that before and it only happens when im stopped, while i am driving it doesnt really move. Also when i start to notice this happening i also notice that when i first accelerate there is a little gurgling rattle kind of sound that last maybe a second until i start moving. I checked my coolant and i have plenty in there. If anyone knows what this problem may be I would greatly appreciate some feedback thank you.

BTW it is a Dodge Dart 2014

Hi Joseph P,

Sorry to hear about this! If you end up deciding to visit a certified dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed, just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know.
