PROBLEM: 2015 Dart SXT- No start no crank

PROBLEM: 2015 Dart SXT- No start no crank
Got it to power up with a new battery and can't seem to figure out what is holding it from starting. You do heart the relays clicking when power is connected.
NEW OBD2 used and got this.
P0123- Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input
P0222-Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
P0523- Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit High Voltage
P0118- Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input
P0113- Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
U0101- Lost communication with TCM
Thinking starter replacement next but want someone with experience to tell me what they think

Check the voltage of your battery, if it’s below 12.6 volts without the engine running, you probably need to replace it.
If you have a new battery, then you probably have a short circuit somewhere that is messing with the flow of electric energy.
Might be the starter. Tow it to auto zone or some other place to get it checked out.
