Angry 2014 Dart Radio/Monitor is black

I've had this problem several times since i bought my car in 2015. When I started my car to leave work my display screen was black. The ac is blowing hot air but the control panel is not working. The radio is on and I can't change the station or adjust the volume. This has happened 4 or 5 times now. I take it into the dealership, they change out the monitor/radio and it works again. The last time I took it in, they said there's nothing wrong with it, and it was working again when I picked it up. They said it might just be caused by the cold weather (I'm in Alberta, Canada) but if I leave it for a few days, it should come back on. It's now been 5 days and nothing. It's covered under my warranty, but it's a pain to have to keep taking it in, leaving it all day and not having a car, and then being told it's fine. Anyone else having this issue?

Very frustrated!

Hi donnasuess, I suggest contacting our Canadian Customer Care team to have this documented. You may find their contact information by clicking on the following link and scrolling down to the "Canada" tab: https://www.fcagroup.com/en-US/foote.../contacts.aspx.
