Default Stalling problems, need help!

Well my daytona has been running fine until today. I noticed once there was any boost my turbo made a scraping/hissing kind of sound. I found a place to stop and then my idle (which is usually a little high in the first place) went up to 3000 RPM's and kept raising. I tried to find any vacuum leaks, ect. While trying to diagnose the problem, I unplugged the TPS to see how it reacted. Idle instantly dropped to 800 RPM's and ran fine for a couple seconds. I plugged the TPS back in.Then the car started to spew black smoke and stalled out. I then turned it back on and tried to drive it and it kept stalling whenever I stopped, also the boost gauge stopped working at the same time. It runs very rough and contines to spew black smoke when it first starts up and it idles extremely high and stall on stops. I pulled the codes and I came up with 24 and 34. The 24 was from when I unplugged the TPS (#24= TPS voltage over 4.92) I believe. The 34 I don't know about. I looked it up and it said Speed Control Problem, which I don't know what that refers to. Thanks for the help, this is my main car and I need it to get to work.

Got it fixed, turned out to be a massive vacuum leak.
