Default Temp gauge question for all Turbo 1 'Tona owners.

I own a 92 IROC Daytona with a 2.5L T1 engine. Anyonelse with a turbo 1 setup, could you please tell me when at normal operating temperatures where does your temp gauge needle sit? Both when driving and idling for about 5 minutes.

The manufacturer designs it so the needles on the guages point roughly in the middle of the guageunder "normal operation". This goes for the temp, volts, oil. All manufacturers did this up until they got rid of guages in favor of idiot lights.

Thanks. That's what I thought. Was watching the needle on my brother's Colt and it stayed in the middles all the time. Mine went to the middle and when driving dipped down a little.
