Default Breaking in cam.

Hey I need some help, Im wondering what is the best way to prepare these lifters to go into my engine, should i pump them up with oil, or what? also I bought a fm 475 cam and I am wondering how you break these things in?
-Mike

Also , what kind of lube should I use on the cam?

Lube the cam heavily with assembly lube, fill lifters with oil, and if you want to get really good, undo your timing belt and run your oil pump with a drill of the intermediate shaft. DO NOT hold an engine at one RPM, rev it. There is no "break in" on a cam. I assume you got roller rockers? These are a lot less picky about lube, but initial friction is still important (not to have).
