While it may not provide a solution to the original poster's problem, it may provide a solution to somebody else's problem. The older these cars get, the higher the chance of a problem like this cropping up, and something like this can be hard to diagnose.

 

Well maybe starting a new thread would be a better solution, Trying to keep track of who has what problem etc can be a task. If you have a similar issue post the the link to this thread (or the one like yours)in your post. And some common things to check/post would help also like: Any codes, fuel pressure, last time cap rotor plugs & wires where replaced, etc. If we see a post here every 6 months we are lucky. I'm here everyday like others that can help.
