Just out of curiosity, what are your guys' experiences with a larger throttle body, does it kill bottom end power?

we talking 3.0l or turbo? Doesn't do much on a turbo car, helps a 3.0 like a daytona that didnt come with it lots.

Yeah stock for stock, 3.0s have the low end, but will get killed above 3000 rpm in any gear. Thats why the bigger tb helps them - gets more air in at all rpms, especially up high. The turbo is pressurized the bottleneck is in the intake behind the tb, so upgrading it is kinda pointless and its been proven on the track. Some people do it just to make themselves feel better, but there are guys doing 12's with the 46mm one.

i heard it lowers gas mileage . i read on turbododge .com that there is no gain for a bigger tb on the turbo cars
